APRIL IN PARIS [1983-84]
I was super busy at Berklee, but once I got out I decided to give playing with Shane one more try. Nigel Matthews, a co-worker at Strawberry's Records & Tapes agreed to play drums. And later we added a rhythm guitarist.
I believe April In Paris played one or two gigs. But dear Shane was going it and Nigel decided he'd had enough.
I'll post the one contemporary photo I have. The only recording was at a rehearsal. Shane's singing is quite derivative of Bowie. We were kind of like a funky yet dirty XTC. Not proud of the recording, but as this is sort of a museum, or bug collection, I'm posting it.
